Andrew is the CEO of SomeFriends, a media company he co-founded with Kareem Rahma, backed by New Media Ventures, Hyphen Capital, SUNU Capital, and others. He is the Co-Creator and Producer of SubwayTakes with Kareem Rahma, the hit talk show with millions of followers and billions of views (Instagram | YouTube).
Andrew is an active angel investor in start-ups like Air, Antenna and Gymnasium, and is exploring new ideas that elevate human potential through Health, Wellness, Mindfulness, Connection, Wealth, Work, Housing, Family, Time, Knowledge, and Creativity.
Previously, Andrew scaled 88rising to a nine-figure valuation, led A+E Global Media’s international and digital transformation, executed billions in M&A activity globally as a healthcare investment banker at Deutsche Bank, and advised F100 clients as a corporate attorney at Skadden Arps. He began his career working in public service for U.S. Senators Gary Peters (MI) and Dick Durbin (IL).
Andrew holds a BBA in Finance, Magna cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago and a JD from the University of Chicago. Born and raised in Michigan, he now lives in the Hudson Valley and New York City with his wife, two sons, and dog.
